Help Cant type the letter 'a'

I have a sony xperia s and everytime i try to type the letter 'a' it automatically comes up with 'austen'
but i dont want to turn off word suggestions because then i cant use the swype function

I had no problems until i decided to clear the 'my words' section...

Please help!
