Help Can't uninstall app

[Cxiamna]

I tried uninstalling instagram but when I went to do it, it only allowed me to disable it.
I tried doing it from the app store but it will only get rid of the recent update but not the actual app.

Did it come preinstalled on your device?

[Cxiamna]

No it didn't.

No it didn't.

Are you sure?

Yeah I remember downloading it a few months back. That's why I find it so weird that I can only disable it.
