Root Can't uninstall Latitude on rooted Dinc

Google's Latitude is in my app drawer, but I cannot find it to remove it in System > Apps nor through Titanium backup. Is this because it's integrated into Maps and only has the app drawer shortcut for ease of access (like Places, Nav, etc.)? Any way to remove this "feature" or to at least remove the shortcut from the app launcher? (I'm not confident enough to run things from a pc command line - don't even know what tools I'd need on my pc to get to that stage either so a way for noobs would be preferred) :) Thanks.

I would also like to remove Google's Latitude, from what i have been reading i believe it is integrated into google maps, and not removable, so what i did what just hide the app within my Launcher pro.
