Email the company you got it from.

I did but don't seem to be getting anywhere we are in opposite time zones unfortunately

Do those look like familiar codes?

When I insert the different sim and it ask for unlock code
Ive used the 8 digit numbers above in different orders do i need to add a #symbol or a *symbol before or after numbers

Today the had me enter defreeze code wait for unlock unsuccessful message then enter network number no luck now i have to wait 24hrs before i hear back again am i the only one that's ever had this issue? Im starting to feel like it i would like to think im pretty tech. Savvy

I purchased a used n2 from a att customer. The phone was off contract and he had paid in full for it. He did the unlock request with att. Six days later. He got it and gave it to me. I tried six times to unlock it with the number att provided. Never would work. In case you dont know. You only have ten attempts before the phone is permanently locked.
So I did the downgrade thing to 4.1.2 and used the dialer trick. It was not difficult at all.I do not know which version of Android your on? But, I can tell you. I was on 4.2..The post where I got the stock rooted roms is over at xda. People will tell you that you can not go back from 4.3..However in this forum there are many people that posted they did using these roms. If you get stuck and want to try it. Let me know and I will look up the links for you.
It sucks that these online unlock guys are still making money. The truth is you can do it yourself. Good luck. PS. I forgot..On 4.2..you can use link2sd for moving apps. Saves a lot of space.

I'm sorry. I don't know if your being sincere? But, I hope you did find the forum and the Roms.I know they saved my bacon big time..lol. I left my phone on 4.1.2....Found I had better battery life with it and using the link2sd app is just as good as moving the entire app.
If this saved even one person f:)rom not having to pay the unlock vultures. (No offense if your one) It was worth typing.
