Root Can't update or install apps from Play

I have the Samsung Galaxy Note updated to ICS Germany and rooted. Everything was running pretty good but I noticed that my larger games were no longer installed on my phone (just ghost apps).

I tried to reinstall and also update existing apps and it just hangs. I can download but it also hangs. My external SD is working.
