My phone wont update to zv5 :< i have been rooted but i am not anymore and have tried factory resetting multiple times and when i try doing it ota it downloads then when i reboot to install a quarter way through installing it stops and reboots still in zv4 and i also tried updating with the LGMobile Support Tool which it does kind of the same thing and comes up with an error message if anyone knows a way for me to fix this or to update or anything please tell me because ive been trying to update ever since the update came out with no success lol
