Help Cant update

ok here is my situation.

I rooted my TF101 and installed clockworkmod shortly after i purchased it a year ago. It has worked fairly well since then until recently. however i was not able to update at all in this time.

recently my market stopped loading and i kept getting this error when i try to update or use the market.

:questionmarkMClient (process com.asus.dm) has stopped unexpectedly.
(actually this error comes up rather randomly)

i had made a backup though CWmod when i first put it in and have reset it back to that image.

i get the same error when i try to update, and my market says application is not installed.

android version 3.1
kernel: 2.6.36.3-00001-gf377a2b
build: gmj37.us_epad-8.8.8.11-20110711

dont know if it matters or not but i do have the dock and use it from time to time.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. thanks

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Scroll down to DMClient > Clear Data and Clear Cache and Force Stop > Reboot the TF

i no longer get that error. but i still can not update. it just hangs on the ! in the tirangle little android screen.

also i am unsure how to get the market back up and running...
