Every time I try to upload photo with chrome I get error msg telling me I have low memory. Anyone know how to fix this?

Chrome is garbage on the Hydro. While it may work quickly at times, and seems pretty to look at. Its a waste of time and space. Your better off using a low memory browser. I would recommend Lightning.

If you prefer the "name brand" browser, go with Firefox.

I agree. Chrome is a great browser but is just too slow for the hydro. I've been using Opera. Its very slow at times too. Like last night for instance, I gave up and went to bed because it was taking over 5 minutes to load a page. Now this morning, no reboot or anything, pages load almost instantly. Its got to be something with my carrier (Cricket) but they say no. No other explanation I can think of.

I think I'm going to take this phone back (after I make my backup) and get a replacement. I've only had it for two weeks and there's just too many problems with it. Warranty should cover a new one for free. Probably will still get a hydro, doubt I can change that. I actually like the hydro but its a pain to change the SD card. Real stupid to put it under the battery.

I'm going to download lightning and give it a try. I tried Opera mini and liked it. Super fast, practically PC speeds. Problem was it didn't work on a lot of sites. Sites that had drop boxes, form fields, and check boxes wouldn't work. Some would, some wouldn't.

Im grabbing the the ZTE Warp Sequent today.

I wouldnt exactly say that its the Hydro, I would lean more to the app. For instance, when I run Chrome on my PC its running about 6 different processes at the same time. Now I understand why, And with a PC it really isnt an issue. But with the Hydro it is. But it seems to be the case with most phones. I mean when you goto the play store, and search browser, I dont even think Chrome is in the first 10.

Theres a reason for that.

I dumped Chrome altogether. I needed room to make my backup with TB. Planned on reinstalling it but I don't miss it. Mainly use Opera. I'll try lightning though. Most browsers are too heavy for mobile. I don't need a hundred features. I just need a page to load fast and correct without hogging the CPU.
