Help Can't usb tether to desktop pc

[Android Question]

I want to share my phone's internet with my desktop pc but for some reason I can't get this to work.

I have an android phone, a win 10 desktop and a win 10 laptop.
If I connect my phone via usb to my laptop and enable to usb tethering the laptop shows the working internet connection but if try the same with the desktop I get nothing.

Do you have the correct drivers installed on the desktop?

if the PC has a WiFi card, just turn on the Hotspot.

if no HotSpot, install FoxFi
