Can't use new Playstore with my Prevail

I logged into the playstore on my laptop and my nexus 7 came up in my account but my prevail was missing. Does anyone know how to add it back to the online account? And why they would have booted it?

If I can only use it from my phone I will dump the phone.

Simply signing in to your Google Play account from the device should add it to the list.

like wetbiker said just sign in on your phone and it should be there. if not there should be a way to add it through your play store settings on your pc. i may be wrong with that though
