Help cant watch videos on facebook

hello,
when I try to watch a video on facebook app in my xperia s, the app directs me to opera browser and then opera tries to download the video instead of showing it. i'm sure that there is a way to watch videos on facebook OR opera without downloading them. Can anybody help please?

I don't have opera installed and when I watch a video on Facebook it comes up asking if I wasn't to watch it on the standard movie player or the quickpic media player...

Have you tried uninstalling opera and seeing what happens?
