Cantact App

Can someone tell me how to "enable" the contact app that came on My Samsung SII? I disabled it, and now can't find where to get it enabled.

Assuming it’s still in there, longpress the desktop and try to add a shortcut for Contacts. Or open the app drawer and drag its icon onto the desktop. That’s just to get at it, what you mean by disabling it is beyond me.

I didn't know that you could disable contacts. Strange.... I assume you can't see it, in which case follow jef's directions.

It isn't there for me to drag it. That is my problem!

Are you using a 3rd-party launcher (sometimes you have to click on "all apps" when you open the app drawer). Stock contacts doesn't just disappear, but just in case go Menu >> Settings >> Apps >> All and "contacts" should be there . If not then you have alliens messin' up wit your fone

Or the fone is rooted and either nobody here is telling us or nobody here knows, because, of course, a stock app can
