Can'y hear ring or talk after using earbuds

Used earbuds now I can't hear the phone ring or people talk. Alcatel Onetouch Fierce. Also can't get the headphone icon to go away.
 
If you tried restarting it, the only way would be to reset the phone. Look up on google "Alcatel Onetouch Fierce hard reset" for more info on how to do that.
