capacative buttons not buzzy

As the topic says, I've just got jellybean, straight away I noticed that my buttons don't have that reassuring buzz wen you touch them.. is this a Setting that can be turned off and on, or have they gone on purpose :-).
 
sorted, it was the power saver in the pull down menu. doh!! . vibrate on touch is wen ur typing, thanks..
