Captivate USB Storage Issues winxp

Hey all.
Switched from iphone to the captivate, and loving it

however when I connect the phone to my laptop to access the internal storage, the drives pop up in explorer, but they show empty, and no cards inserted.

So what am I doing wrong?

not sure how I got it working but the phone prompted me to mount the disks, and then it started working.

I had the same issue on Sunday when I first bought the Captivate. Finally, last night I realized I needed to drag the Notifications window down and "Mount" the sd card. No issues since then.
