The deck I have in my car has BT Audio/Telephone built into it and it works pretty well connected via BT Audio (for being a BT connection). It's not as crisp and clear as my ipod connection, but it's decent...I especially like it since there's no wires involved...
I have a Motorokr T505 for handsfree calling in the car along with playing music via my factory stereo. It works rather well. Not home stereo quality but definitely good radio station quality.

If you have an aux input and want to go wireless, at least from the Droid to the stereo, you can use of these Amazon.com: BlackBerry Remote Stereo Bluetooth Gateway. I picked one up a few weeks ago and it works well with the Droid.
