Car Charger

Hello: I am a senior...not so savvy when it comes to IT stuff. I have an issue with a car charger that I bought on the internet - when phone tells me that the juice that it is supplying is insufficient and to connect to AD adaptor (which I can't in the car). Where do I go to get some info on this? Thank you.

First things first... what brand/model Android device do you have? Did you buy a generic car charger on a site like eBay?

Had this happen to me while charging on a pc while i was using the phone.(with real charger) You just have to put phone to sleep (stop using it) and it will charge. Pc and car chargers don't have enough power to charge while putting a heavy load on your phone
