Hi All.
Looking for a car charger for my Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Can some please tell me the correct Voltages and Amps require so I can buy the correct charger.

Hey stinky!
The specs required to charge the Tab 10.1 at full speed are 5.0v 2.0A, but most chargers do not output that much current. Tablets have large batteries, so they need a fair amount of juice to charge them up quickly. The USB specs do not exceed 0.5A ratings, but the special 30-pin connector on the Tab series uses more wires to carry the current so it can handle up to 2.0A without issue. So if you're trying to save money, look for a simple USB car charger with 1.0A output and use the 30-pin USB cable that came with your Tab 10.1. I think that will work ok.
Or you can look for the original Galaxy Tab (7" screen model) car charger. You can find it for a lot less than the Tab 10.1 version and it works the same. There are aftermarket chargers out there as well. Just look for one that outputs 5.0v and at least 1500mA (1.5A) and you should be fine.
