Car Charger

Hi. I've been trying to use the USB car charger that I used for my S3 and it really doesn't charge very well (mini-USB). Suggestions? Is there a full USB to USB adapter for the S5 and does it work better? Or do I need to purchase a cigarette lighter adapter? Thanks in advance.
 
If the charger port is OEM with the car, then it most likely does not have enough capability to charge the big battery for the S5.

Most of those are current limited to 0.5 amps, the S5 wants 2.1 amps.


I suggest that you get a cigarette lighter charger that is rated at a minimum of 2 amps charging current.
