Accessories Car dock - Incredible vs D2

A buddy of mine at work was showing me on his car dock when he puts his D2 into it, the Car dock app automatically pops up on his phone. Looks very similar to the Car Panel the Inc comes with. I don't have a car dock, but was curious if the Inc does or has this capability as well?

No, the Droid 2 has a magnet on the back that when it detects medal it goes into the cardock mode.

While the functionality may not be built in this would be very easy to program Tasker to do this for you.

It's a paid app around $5 and you can automate just about anything you can think of.
