Help Car kit

Hi everyone,

Last week I bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace and I'm very pleased with it.
I only have one issue and that's with my car.

I have a build-in car-kit (in my DVD 800 navigation from Opel) and the phone is not working correctly on the car-kit. It connects fine with the Bluetooth.
I can call and everything but the car-kit can not access my phone book.
So I always have to dial with my phone instead of my car-kit. Which is a bit hard when driving.

Is this because the phone book just isn't compatible with a car-kit or do I need to adjust some permissions somewhere? I've checked under the Bluetooth settings but no much there...

Hi, sorry I haven't got a solution for you, but I just wanted to let you know that my Ace works fine through my car kit (Ford) & all the functions work, including the phone book etc... So it is possible to do it. GrahamF. London
