Car mount in landscape mode?

[nricciardi]

I'm trying to find a car mount that lets me use the phone in landscape mode (Better for the new GMaps with navigation).

But I can't find anything on the net.

Any suggestion? Can I use the one from Verizon for the Droid?

I've been looking for one as well.

The closest I've seen is from ProClip: ProClip Mounting System*-*Device Holders and Dashboard Vehicle Mounts The problem is I don't want a permanent mount (the options for my car aren't good when the phone's in landscape). I'd love to take their G1 holder and attach it to a suction cup or weighted bag mount.

Great tip. I didn't know these guys. Thanks.

well, permanent mounts aren't actually permanent.
you can take them out.
