I'm looking for a good way to play my music in the car without using the audio jack on my HTC Inspire and plugging into my 12V power outlet, as I don't have an aux input. Any suggestions?
 
You dont have many options here.
If your car radio does not have aux input or bluetooth, you will have to use an FM transmitter. But this will require you to use the audio jack on your phone.
If you radio has a USB, scoche makes a bluetooth receiver receiver that you can stream with.
