why happen com.android.vending sopped unexceptly force stop
 
I don't know how this might have happened, but com.android.vending is the Google Play Store app. Go into Settings > Manage apps, select Google Play Store and tap the buttons for "Clear cache" and "Clear data," and then reboot. You will have to re-do your settings in the app, but unless something else is seriously wrong, that should resolve it.
