Carbon Backup not detected USB.

Carbon Backup PC software (Win 7) ain't detecting SGS3, don't wanna root phone. Enabled USB debugging and switched to PTP as instructed, autoplay confirms Windows detects phone, so drivers must be installed. But the app doesn't see it. Looks simple on YouTube vid, any ideas?

Yep, all set up as instructed.

I've been having the same issue, and I've noticed that it works best if I open Carbon Desktop before opening the app on the phone.

I've tried every combination possible, still no luck, thanks for input though. Need to try another app that backs up app data without root I think.
