Root Carbonite CM7 Menus

I just flashed my DINC to Carbonite CM7, I like except for the fact the menus are white text on white background.
is there a way to change the text or menu color?

sounds like a glitch, i'd try re-flashing the rom.... if that doesn't work I think I remember reading that you have to turn on "compatibility mode" in the settings somewhere.
