Cardio trainer

The Polar bluetooth heart rate monitor is compatible with the Noom CardioTrainer app. Haven't tried it myself, but I use CardioTrainer regularly.

According to the Google user groups for the app, you need to make sure your version of the app is 3.5 or higher.
 
Android focus - there's only one CardioTrainer app. There's also a Pro license, an add-on widget and a couple of add-on modules but it's all part of the same app.

I was looking for a cheap one but seems all these bluetooth heart rate monitors are expensive. I have a garmin one but would like to use it as part off app and at y.
 
Buy the Garmin Fit app for a buck and try it with your Garmin hr monitor. It supposedly can connect to it. That would save you some money.

Oops... Just saw that your phone must be ANT+ enabled. Not sure how to verify or add that ability.
