carrier or phone problem?

Hi All,

if you get pretty good service except for one place is it the carrier or is it because, my phone is not 4g its 1g (sad,i know)

Based on my experience it is the carrier.

It's usually the carrier.
If you have a custom ROM, sometimes there might be a bug with the ROM that lowers the speed/service of your phone.

Generally if it's geographically limited, it's the carrier.

If the carrier provides good 4G in that location but not 3G then that's still a carrier problem, as it's a hole in their 3G coverage.
