OK so here is the problem. I had ATT for a long time and have now switched over to T mobile because of pricing and savings for my family plan. I received the unlock code and the phone is now unlocked and working on the T mobile network but the function to operate as a hot spot which t mobile allows. It still is not allowing the Hot-spot to open and function. Has anyone had this issue and does any one know how to resolve this issue. If the phone were not brand new I would consider another phone but at the moment that isn't foreseeable.
As far as I can tell the other functions that I frequent work well, it is just the hot-spot giving me the issues. I have managed to blue-tooth the connection to my tablet but would so much rather the hot-spot function to just work as designed instead of dealing with the ATT no hot spot feature even though I am no longer with them, they are still with me so it seems.
