Cartoon Android images keep popping up

There is something that got installed on my Evo that after I recieve and end phone calls a goofy cartoonish android image pops up. It causes delays and seems to lock my phone up..does anyone know how to get rid of annoying stuff like this?

If you put pictures on your contacts, the picture of the contact pops up instead of the android :)

There are apps that promise to show you a photo after you complete a call. The app creator "BlueBell" has quite a few. Basically, the app runs in the background and comes alive once you complete a call. It then pops up a picture on your screen. search for "RingPhoto" in the market. There are tons of these apps. You will need to go into your Applications (under settings) and remove the app creating the problem.

Why in the world would anyone want an app like that? Seems rather dumb to me.
