Case that allows a normal mini plug to be plugged in?

I bought the Ballistic HC case for this phone. Now I can no longer plug in a normal stereo mini-plug to connect to my home stereo. The case does not allow the plug to go in all the way and at best you get 1 channel. All I can plug in is a pair of Ipod earbuds that has a very skinny plug. I don't see any mini-plug to RCA adapters with a skinny plug.

Can anyone recommend a different case that allows the mini-plug to be plugged in all the way, preferably with a built-in screen protector but I guess I could go with a separate one.

I use a Seidio Active Combo, the main reason for using it was because it fits my dock but it offers pretty good protection without adding much bulk and the headphone and usb ports have plenty of room.

I'm using the Otterbox Defender, the headphone jack cover rubber flap could potentially be a problem but it looks like there's plenty of room for most 3.5mm plugs. Been okay for the 2 average-looking plugs I've used.

I just carved away the end in my plug for use with my ballistic case. Although I do have a cable made by Phillips around here somewhere that fits without modification.
