Help Casio C771 Android ADB Interface

I am having a problem using Easy Tether with one of my PC's. I had created a separate post called "How do I install pdanet on my PC. I have a laptop with Windows Vista 32 bit and another laptop with Windows 7 64bit.

So here is what I think the problem is. If I have device manager open on my PC's and: I have my phone on usb debugging and plug into my Vista machine. A device at the very top appears called Android Phone appears and under that it says Casio C771 Android ADB Interface.

When I do the same thing to my Windows 7 machine, that same thing does not happen. Rather it just shows up under Disk Drives in Device Manager as CASIO C771 Storage USB Device. When I switch the phone from Mass Storage to Charge Only, the entry under Disk Drives disappears. In both scenerios on the the Windows 7 machine there is an Unknown device listed in Device Manager and I get an error message that the drivers for the unknown device could not be helped.

I figured it out. I had to right click on "Other Device" in Device Manger and select update driver software. Then select "Browse my computer for driver software", and then select "Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer" I selected the Casio C771 Android ADB interface and presto, I know have a device called Android Phone in device manager and Easy Tether works perfectly. I don't understand how Windows Vista does this automatically, but Windows 7 does not.
