Nice. I had a cracked screen so I bought a phone that wouldn't power up off of eBay to harvest the screen as a replacement ($19 for a nonworking phone vs. close to a hundred for a replacement screen). Anyhow when the phone arrived it was full of salt - as in salt water damage so I complained to the seller and told him my intention was to harvest the screen but this would not do. His resolution was to exchange the phone for a near perfect Commando with a clear IMEI so there was no need to disassemble it after all. There is occasionally exceptional customer service on eBay.
