Help casio comando 4g lte

trying a hard reset and phone gets to a green robot laying on its back with a red triangle...from what ive read pressing the power and volume up should get the reset screen but it never comes up

<----- Dead android on its back with red triangle is usually a failed update, and it's in recovery. Was it trying to update and it aborted? Was your phone rooted?

Think you may need to re-flash it again, how you do that with a Casio, have no idea. Can you read Japanese?

That's useful to know, didn't even know we had a Casio forum. I thought they only made phones for their domestic market, e.g. DoCoMo. There's no Casio phones here in China, calculators and watches, yeh plenty of them.

It's sad that Casio stopped making them. My first smart phone was the 3g C771. C811 is a tough little phone available from Verizon in US. Heard it called the Timex of phones, "Takes a lickin and keeps on ticking ". Put mine through lots of abuse.
