Cat S60 Speaker problem during calls!

Hello guys

After been using the S60 for like 3 weeks it started to "turn" of the speaker during a call. The counterpart can hear me clearly but i cant hear them. During a 10min call test it occoured 6 times for +- 10secs. I can see other having same problem on youtube but i dont see any forums having this issue posted.

Any others having this problem?

I have tested this with a BT headset and it does the same so it shouldnt be the speaker itself but an update or app that makes conflict?

No problems w mine, bluetooth or otherwise

I'm having the opposite problem where the other party cannot hear me, halfway through a call.

Yes, I have had problems after an Android update at March 2017. I did contact with Caterpillar Support with no success. They no have solved my problem and will do not.
