Catch Notes Help

For anyone who uses Catch Notes, I am having trouble with forwarding from other accounts. I want to forward my Gmail inbox items to my Catch Notes account. When I set up a forwarding address, Gmail sends a verification email to Catch that I have to open and verify. Problem is that verification email never shows up in Catch. Can emails from other accounts only be sent directly into Catch and not automatically forwarded?
