Here you go, finally arrived, thanks to Freeza for putting this together for us, again, not my work, simply posting info that is already out there, it is your responsibility to read before you do anything and again Nandroid is your friend. 
My Disclaimer below,
I will tell you this and I am sure freeza will agree. If you are happy with your current setup of the ICS, I would suggest not flashing it yet and wait a little. When things settle down, most ROM developers will tell you if you absolutely need to upgrade anything. I just would not do it just because you feel the need to do so, JMO
