Root [CDMA] app market problems?

I'm running CM7 and Idk if the problem is coming from the rom but when I try purchasing an app, mainly game app, it says error purchasing app. And I'm not even purchasing it, it's free >.< help?

Google play is having large scale issues for many people right now. Restoring a backup that I had of the program helped me, but not some others

Trying going into applications, and clear cache and data, see if that helps
