the led is a white led so it wont change colors, but you might be able to change the pulse speed.

You can only change the pulse speed & blink duration as mentioned led is only white so no color changes.

I was pretty bummed when I found that out. I was also bummed when I found out there was no gyroscope. But, it is an EXTREMELY nice phone for being as cheap as it is.
