Root [CDMA] How do I know if my Evo3D is rooted?

I'm a complete noob and probably shouldn't even be doing any of this but I got it unlocked. I think I got it rooted through the HTC Method. It still shows S-ON on the bootloader. So....am I rooted or not?

Also, my screen/display is acting up. I'm wondering if I need to have my phone replaced by Sprint. But if I do, would it be a problem if it's rooted?

Help me please.

You are rooted, yes.

Fortunately, Sprint is said to service rooted phones. Make sure it's a bona-fide Sprint store, though, and not a "Sprint by so-and-so" store.

They'll still do warranty work on your phone as long as the problem is hardware related. If they deem it to be a software problem you're on your own from now on because your phone is marked as rooted in their databases.
