We do not allow guides that show users how to flash phones from one carrier to another. Typically, they involve modifying the ESN / IMEI, which is not permitted by federal law for individuals to perform. Some carriers, if you approach them, will flash a phone from one carrier to theirs. This is legal because they are licensed to do so.
