Root [CDMA] How to get Google Now on HTC Evo 3d?

Hey guys, Im new here. I have the HTC EVO V 4G with Virgin Mobile which is the HTC EVO 3D. I have the ICS and I want Google Now. I'm not very good with downloading things so I kinda need your help. How do I get the Jelly Bean 4.1.1 update? It would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!

Google now has actually been ported back to ics and is installable on a rooted device
