Root [CDMA] HTC unlock issue

Hey guys got an issue here. I rooted my buddies Evo 3d with Revolutionary when it first came out but he is on his 3rd and final 3D and wants me to re-root it. I rooted my girls 3D with HTC and had no problems but now with this other 3d its giving me problems. Here's where I'm at:

I got all the way to receiving my unlock code.bin and all I have to do is type in command prompt:fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin At first it said something about failed to whatever something so I left it alone and today I came back and redid it.

When I did again it gave me "access denied". I tried running as administrator and can't even get it to recognize the word "android".

I can't find anyone with this problem. Any ideas?

thanks!

you need to mae sure the unlock token is correct

The only way to know is if HTC accepted the token. If you miss one character then it will not accept it. I tried re-doing the unlock token but it just gave me a big "failed". Maybe you can only get it once?

Can anyone help me out? I'm getting the same error. I just updated the Android SDK and it still gives the same thing.

Help!!!!

Do you have 32 or 64 bit windows? Java for Internet and apps is different from jdk
And are you using same pc to root?
