2.17 stock not rooted with 1.4 hboot

The Rom has nothing to do with the HBoot being upgraded, 2 separate things, I will find you a link to all Shooter stock Roms for the EVO 3D

What changes the HBoot, is when you are on a stock Rom or Rooted custom Rom and you take an OTA update, then in the process they can update the HBoot along with loosing root. That is my understanding on this.

Those are the RUUs, they will unroot you and install HBOOT 1.5 if you flash the most recent one.

Does the "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" turn s-on with hboot 1.5 I went back to stock but it updated my hboot and locked my bootloader,need to redo downgrade process
