I tried to root my moto g xt1028 via pie root but doesn't work. I did what the video said to do and didn't work, plz help

I tried 20 times and still don't get root access, My android is is 4.4.4 and my windows is is windows 7 ultimate. I really want to root my phone. Plz help.

I did some research and apparently my 4.4.4 KitKat has been patched for no root.😞
