Root [CDMA] OTA update from 4.4.2

I have the Boost mobile version of the Moto G running android 4.4.2. The phone is rooted with CWM recovery installed. What do I need to do to update the phone? Or is there a way to stop the pop-up? Any help is appreciated

to update you'll have to flash stock recovery and then update via the ota.
or you can flash any Custom Rom on the Moto G forums. They should all be on 4.4.4 i believe.

How do I do that? I'm not good with the Moto g. im trying to search for a guide, but cant find anything
