Root [CDMA] Stuck in boot loop

So, I was running Seraph's PA rom and had an issue where it would reboot itself and would do this a few times a day. Then the other day it got stuck in this boot loop after it soft rebooted itself. I got it to boot after holding the power button in during the boot loop, later on that day I wiped it and flashed SuperR's debloated stock rom and had no reboot issues but today it rebooted itself again and it keeps rebooting and won't get past the logo. I can get into fastboot, but I can't get it to boot into recovery.. any suggestions or am I SOL?

Update;

After booting into fastboot I let it set and shut itself off. Was running really hot, after letting it cool and turning it back on I can finally boot into my phone. Think it's an overheating issue? I took the cover off and plan to leave it off for a while.

I just installed Seraph's PA (Plus MMS Fix, Bootanim fix, and full Gapps) today and got stuck into a boot loop. I found a way to get into fastboot, and TWRP, but unsure what to do at this point to prevent it.

I haven't found a way to prevent it, yet I am no longer even running Seraph's ROM. I am back on stock and still having the issue. I did do a wipe again and installed only certain apps and seem to be going strong so I am wondering if an app I had was causing the problem.

I'm having this issue even after a new install. I can't even get through the basic setup before it starts going through the boot loop. Since I can't get it back to normal I can't put a different rom other than what I had on there. :/ So I used my pre-install back up and it seems fine. I've restarted twice and soft rebooted a few more times and it's not stuck in it. Going to try putting a previous version of PA to check it. But idk what's up.
