Root [CDMA] Suggestion for leedroid tweaks

I've seen a few cm7 roms on other phones and I've always loved that I could move my notification bar to the bottom of my screen and pull it up instead of down. Do you guys think its possible??
 
If its on other phones of course its possible.

I don't have the dev skills to know how to do it, so don't ask how :D

Well I mean in there tweaks app, I'm sure it'll take time but I'm curious if they will be willing to do such a tweak
