Root [CDMA] will anything change.??

hello to all
ok here is my question i'm s-off 150,00 SW-217 if i flash this rom=meanromICSv2.6 will it change any of my setting. that i can't go back to my already back up roms
like meanromv4.5 or zr3d or meanromICSV2.4 or my original stockrom.???

Not if you do a Nandroid, but I just flashed Homebrew for the heck of it which is base 2.89 and I was able to restore back to Zred with no issues.
