Root CDMA workshop

I still can not get CDMA workshop working. Followed all directions, turned off antivirus and unpacked a dozen times but still get "Error while loading target or timeout problem.
Please help????

if you have McAfee you have to turn off real time scaning and firewall before you unzip LGNPST .

Have Avast and disabled for an hour but no luck.
Got it!
Had to turn off Windows Defender!
